Do you accept price adjustments?

ONLINE PURCHASES

Within 7 days of your online purchase, you can request a price adjustment. The sale price must be for the same model, colour, and size as the item you bought. Additionally, the product must be in stock. In order to request a price adjustment, please email [e-mail] your order number, the product's item number (SKU), and the current selling price available on our website.

Limited Time Offers and Flash Sales are exempt from price adjustments.

The credit received from a price adjustment will be issued to your original method of payment.

STORE PURCHASES

Within 7 days of your in-store purchase, you may come in store for a price adjustment. The product in question must be in stock. Please present your original receipt to receive any price adjustment. The credit received will be issued to your original method of payment.

*For online and in-store purchases, no refunds, exchanges, returns or price adjustments will be made on Boxing Day.
