Do you offer store pick-up as an option during checkout?

In-store pickup is free and available for online orders. We will notify you once your order is ready for pickup. Please show a photo ID when picking up your online order in store. Orders can only be collected at our flagship location:

8150 Decarie Blvd, Montreal, QC (H4P 2S8)

Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM

We are closed on Sundays, in accordance with provincial law.

From the moment you receive our "ready for pick-up" email, you have up to 15 days to pick up your order. After 15 days, we will automatically cancel and refund your order. 

Please note: If your order is from a gift registry, you are responsible to pick-up your order. The registrant(s) will not be picking up their gifts.
